Group Nordic walks take place in either Epping Forest or Wanstead Park every day of the week.
These walks can be taken at your own pace. It’s a great way to meet like – minded people who you’ll find have very similar health and fitness goals. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome to the local Nordic walking community.

I have really enjoyed my Nordic walking experience as it has got me out into the beautiful landscape of Epping Forest with similar like-minded people while teaching me how to walk using far more movement than regular walking, such as strengthening my arm muscles and improving my posture. Nikkii is a fantastic instructor and makes the whole experience a worthwhile and enjoyable one – and most definitely one to be repeated!
